Wichita State University Opera theater presents their annual popular Opera Scenes performances in Wiedemann Hall. A wide variety of operatic excerpts, spanning the over 400 year history of opera, will be presented. Lead by Director of Opera Alan Held and accompanied by Bridget Hille, these performances allow a very “up close” view of how roles are created and performed by our young singers and presents the art form to audience members in a one hour performance that always leaves them wanting more.
